Civil Rights cases come in many forms. At Geraghty, O’Loughlin & Kenney, our experienced attorneys have represented defendants under many variations of civil rights claims. We have years of civil rights experience before administrative law panels as well as state and federal courtrooms.

We represent hospitals and clinics claimed to have treated patients differently based on suspect classifications; physicians in prisons who are accused of denying inmates the specific treatment of their choice; hospital locked units accused of acting under color of law when they hold a patient for the patient’s own safety; and clinics accused of discriminating against employees or former employees due to race discrimination or sexual harassment.
