Career Overview:	Terry O’Loughlin co-founded Geraghty, O'Loughlin & Kenney in 1977. He has devoted his practice to the defense of medical malpractice cases, specializing particularly in the defense of catastrophic obstetric birth injury cases. Over the years he has successfully resolved, by trial or negotiated settlement, hundreds of medical malpractice cases. He has frequently lectured physicians and nurses on the topics of obstetrics and neonatal malpractice management. Terry was a law clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court. Thereafter, prior to starting Geraghty, O'Loughlin & Kenney, Terry practiced with the firms of Doherty, Rumble & Butler and Altman, Geraghty, Leonard & Mulally.
