Carrie Nearing graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, and Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a partner with Geraghty, O'Loughlin & Kenney, P.A., and her areas of practice include medical and professional malpractice defense. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Nearing served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rex D. Stacey in Minnesota's First Judicial District. Ms. Nearing is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers. Ms. Nearing enjoys traveling, biking, and culinary activities. She volunteers her time with the Children's Law Center of Minnesota, providing legal services to children.
